“ Had a wonderful meal of catfish and okra (my favorite). Food was wonderful as usual. Christel was my amazing server. She takes excellent care of her customers, has such a fun and friendly personality. I would rate Christel at a 10 star! She is definitely a keeper. Thank you for a fantastic establishment. PS... I appreciate her always checking to see if I want a ToGo cup. Not all ask that. It is those little things that make her a 10 star. ”
“ Wow!! This place was great!! Hubby had the tenderloin sandwich and it was admittedly a bit thinner than he prefers but over all it was really good and huge. I had the Catfish sandwich with the million dollar bacon. So good!! That catfish was crispy, flaky, hot and flavorful!!! Would definitely get catfish again!! Oh and we got the red velvet cheesecake cake!!! Shiloh, our server, was so sweet and attentive! 5 stars all the way around!! ”
“ What I like about Flat Creek is that when I complain about my steak, they fix it. (I wish more chefs would Google "what does burned meat do to you) Anyway, this is a bad habit that many chefs, in Missouri especially, seem to do. If I order the steak rare, most of the time, it comes out burned on the outside and pink on the inside. I am actually allergic to burned meat. That being said, the managers at Flat Creek seem to be very concerned about customer satisfaction. The last time I was there, the waitress saw me cutting off the burned parts and got the manager to come to the table. She offered to cook another steak, and I declined. But I did tell her when I ordered to make sure my steak was light brown on the outside. Chefs are very busy, I understand that, but I wish all restaurants would realize how dangerous burned meat is. All that said, I love this restaurant. The food is always good and the staff is attentive. Overall, when I want a good meal, this restaurant is where I go. ”

“ The food is to die for! The crab legs were delicious, the hush puppies weren't too hard but were soft enough to chew without me getting a tooth ache. Friendly and patient service and interesting atmosphere. I would've loved to have visited on a Monday or Friday, the All-You-Can-Eat crab legs and ribs looked good! ”
“ The New Manager is fantastic new staff and my Meal was Fantastic I ordered all you can eat catfish with slaw and Cajun corn on the cob. The fish was cooked perfectly The coleslaw Dressing was exactly on spot on the Old time country sweet but not to sweet the Cajun corn was spice and buttered too perfection and my sever was very professional and attentive. Whom ever was cooking the fish thank you it was Outstanding the restaurant was very clean and the Atmosphere was inviting... Bravo you've stepped up your game and I appreciate that.
